All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued

  • 50% deposit is required upon signing/acceptance of the quote
  • 50% due upon completion
  • Interest charges to aged accounts
  • Any outstanding balances not paid when due as agreed will accrue an interest charge of 10 percent per month from the due date until paid. Seller shall be entitled to payment of reasonable attorney fees incurred in the collection of any and all delinquent accounts of buyer’s breach of contract.

  • Lead time for products manufactured by others is not the responsibility of Sky Glass NYC. You agree to hold Sky Glass NYC harmless against any and all loss resulting from any delays resulting from outside manufacturers.
  • Repair of all types of wall conditions such as painting, patching, drywall, plaster are NOT included in this price and are not the responsibility of Sky Glass NYC. The Company does not offer those services.
  • Water infiltrating from sources other than the window, door, glass or product installed by Sky Glass NYC itself such as roof, lintels, masonry, siding, stucco or any other building material is NOT the responsibility of Sky Glass NYC.
  • All windows treatments, furniture, and any other obstructions blocking access to the window must be removed by the client before the appointment Sky Glass NYC is NOT responsible for moving these items.
  • COI Certificate of Insurance are available on requests/requirements must be present to Sky Glass NYC by the client prior to the scheduling installation. If the request for COI asks for upon arrival of a technician to begin to install, and delays occur as a result you will incur a charge of 100$
  • After getting the quote approval order can’t be canceled and deposit funds can’t be refunded.
  • Changes to the scope of work above may result in changes to the price. Sky Glass NYC will perform only the service on your quote and dispatch. If you require additional services, a new quote, will be issued to you and a new appointment will be provided to you for those additional services.

Exclusions:

  • Building Permits
  • Removal and reinstallation and operation of window and door obstructions including window treatments, bars, fans, alarms, and A/C.
  • Scaffolding, Sidewalk Bridge, Aerial Lifts
    ( May be purchased as additional service)
  • All interior finish work such as sheetrock, plaster, painting, compound, etc.
  • All exterior finish work such as masonry, siding, EFS
  • Lead safety practices available upon request fees may apply
  • Union and Prevailing Wage Labor/Certified Payroll

By signing this quote/contract, you agree to have an authorized person on-site to verify completion of the scope of work listed above. Payment is due upon completion. Payment can be made directly to the Sky Glass NYC LLC technician by Check, Cash, Credit Card or payment can be made by calling the office at 646-778-5152 or by bank transfer (Zelle)

This quote is valid for the next 30 days, after which values may be subject to change.
